Easy Summer Mint Tea

Our favorite summertime tea helps with digestion after meals and also with relieving acid reflux. Take your favorite glass pitcher and fill it up with water. Cut off some sprigs from a mint plant.

Pour your water into a pot along with your mint. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat. Let it steep about 10-15 minutes. You can add some honey to the hot water if you like your tea a little sweeter. It tastes great without honey or sugar though, whatever you prefer!

After it steeps, pout back into your pitcher and refrigerate overnight to get really cold. Pour into your glass with or without ice. It is so good!
